Privacy policy

This policy explains how Ftesa Event Online (“we”), operator of ftesaevent.com, processes personal data.

What we collect

The content you enter in your invitation (names, dates, venues, photos, music), your email address to send your link and receipt, and RSVP replies sent by guests (name, attendance, party size, message).

Payments

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record). We never see or store your card details.

Retention

Unpaid drafts are deleted automatically after 45 days. Published invitations stay online for up to 12 months after the event and may be deleted afterwards. You can request deletion at any time via info@ftesaevent.com.

Sharing

Invitations are not indexed by search engines (noindex). Anyone with the link can open it – share it only with your guests.

Third-party services

Cloudflare (hosting), Lemon Squeezy (payments), Resend (email), Google Maps and Google Fonts (maps and fonts in invitations).
