Terms of use

Service

ftesaevent.com lets you create digital invitations. Creating and previewing is free; publishing one invitation costs €9.99 (one-time, per event).

Payment

Payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as Merchant of Record and issues your receipt. Prices include VAT where applicable.

Right of withdrawal

The invitation is digital content delivered immediately after payment; by paying you agree to immediate performance. If a technical problem occurs that we cannot fix, we refund your payment.

Content

You are responsible for the texts, photos and music you upload and must have the right to use them. Illegal or abusive content will be removed without refund.

Availability

Invitations stay online for up to 12 months after the event date. We aim for continuous availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.
