We want you to be completely happy with your invitation.

14-day refunds

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.

How to request

Email us at info@ftesaevent.com from the address you used to buy, or reply to the receipt you received from Paddle. You can also request it directly at paddle.net.

How it works

Refunds are processed by Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for our orders, to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. After a refund the invitation is deactivated automatically.
